Introduction

By accessing or using SmartApiBox services or SDK, you agree to the following terms and license conditions.
These apply to all users, including developers using the plugin-api-sdk.

Terms of Use

SmartApiBox APIs are provided as a hosted service (API-as-a-Service). Access is granted via API key.
Usage is allowed under a free or paid plan. Abuse, reverse engineering, or circumvention of authentication is strictly prohibited.

License for plugin-api-sdk

The plugin-api-sdk library is made available for developers to create and register their own plugins on the SmartApiBox platform.

• You may use the SDK to build plugins that are open source or closed source
• You retain full ownership of your plugins
• You may monetize your plugins under your own terms, unless otherwise agreed

Restrictions

• You may not replicate or expose the core APIs of SmartApiBox without written permission
• You may not repackage or resell the SDK or platform
• You may not bypass usage limits, authentication, or licensing requirements

Commercial Use

Commercial integration of the platform is permitted under an active subscription.
Plugins built using the SDK may be offered commercially.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union.
